Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, with the best team at the reception offering excellent service, especially from Carlos Alvero, Patricia, and Silvia. The location was perfect for everything we needed, and the modern rooms featured a huge walk-in rainforest shower. However, the dining was a bit expensive, although the hotel offered a wide variety of options. The service staff displayed a rare mix of happy, friendly, and efficient service.
My stay at the hotel was incredible! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had Nespresso machines for a morning pick-me-up. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Katy at guest relations who made our trip unforgettable with great recommendations. The location was perfect, close to all the must-visit spots, and the facilities were excellent. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited options and long queues for coffee.
The hotel offers modern, comfortable rooms with excellent showers, though they could be more spacious. The service was placed within the city but felt indifferent at times. The location is fantastic, centrally located and walking distance to key attractions. Dining was hit or miss with inconsistent quality. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement in service and dining.
My stay at the hotel was one of the best ever. The room was ready even earlier than expected at around 11:30 am, with a good bed and a decent size, making it a very comfortable and quiet experience. The service was exceptional, with a rare mix of happy, friendly, and efficient staff. The location was superb, close to all the must-see sites in Madrid and with plenty of amenities. The dining experience was fantastic, although there was a slight glitch with inclusive breakfasts. Overall, a great value for money.
